Capacity: Maximum 3 adults per house.

Rates: $120 per night.

Payment: 50% due on reservation/50% on arrival Refundable damage deposit of $200 due on arrival, Checks accepted.

Cancellation: 3 weeks prior to reservation for full refund, afterwards the deposit will be forfeited

Check in/out: IN between 2pm-4pm or by arrangement; OUT by 12 Noon.

Note: No additional charges for horses or pets. Well behaved dogs welcomed, just remember our houses are not kennels. If you think your dog might experience anxiety while your away from the house, please bring a crate to avoid any destructive behavior.

*Cleaning Fee: If your dogs just love to sleep on sofas, that's great( in your own home), but here it will incur a $50 cleaning fee.
